On Monday, Sept. 20, 2004, beloved foster son of Cindy Germaine of Bellevue; beloved son of Gloria Cruz and Luis Santiago Sr. of Erie, PA; brother of Gloria Lozada, Denise Ocasio, D’Asia Santiago, Angela Santiago, Luis Maldonado, Rodney Santiago, and Luis Santiago, Jr., all of Erie; step-son of Miguel Santiago of Erie; boyfriend of Dee Oberle of Monongahela; foster grandson of Lillian Germaine of West Pittsburgh; Godfather of Rebecca Slavicek of Bethel Park; also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives. Dennis was a 1988 graduate of the Western PA School for the Deaf and a member of Club Julian and St. Justin Church.
