Michelle D. Hoffman, age 36, of Gahanna, Ohio, died on Monday, February 14, 2005 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. She was a graduate of the Western Pennsylvania State School for the Deaf, Class of ’88. Michelle is preceded in death by her grandparents Francis and Eva Kay and Wilbur Sr. and Florence Hoffman. Survived by her daughter, Krystal Hoffman; mother, Linda Kay; father, Wilbur Hoffman; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Helen Hoffman; nieces, aunts, uncles; special friend, Marcus Patterson; hearing dog, “Peepo”; and friends.
Funeral service 1p.m. Friday, February 18, 2005 at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., where friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday. Private family committal at a later date in Pennsylvania. Andrew M. Hoovr Funeral Celebrant.
