This is Stephen Rute (Class of 1974), Chairman of the Nomination with five different awards. Those awards are:

- Distinguished Service Award (PDF file or PNG image)
You can see the list of Awards in our Alumni web site. It can be found by hovering/click “About” menu and then the drop down list appears. Click “Awards” to open the page. You can see the five blue hyperlinks of “Request 2020 Nomination Form” to click. Open this and you can print the nomination form and fill this out. Lastly, mail this printed form to Stephen Rute’s address at the bottom in the nomination form. Another method is you can print, fill, scan and email this form to me at rute2@juno.com.
