Harrison Gregory “Skipper” Lewis, 79, of Burgettstown, passed away Tuesday evening, October 17, 2023, in the Weirton Medical Center.

He was born July 30, 1944, in New Kensington, a son of the late Harry Albert and Maryann Haracznak Lewis.
A graduate of the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, he worked as a dental technician.
He is survived by his sister and caregiver, Kathleen L. Esno and husband Phil of Burgettstown; her niece, Jennifer Esno; and nephew, David Esno.
Inurnment will be held in Fox Chapel Episcopal Church Cemetery at a later date.
Harrison was an Eagle Scout, a member of the deaf Lions, as well as a member of the Trinity Deaf Church in Edgewood. He was also a member of the Deaf Senior Center in Edgewood.
Since he was a lover of books, to remember Harrison in a special way donations, in his memory, can be made to the Burgettstown Community Library or to the Burgettstown Senior Center.
