Earl L. Knight, 61, of 68 Main Street, Mt. Jewett, passed away Monday, January 20, 2025, at his residence.
Born April 30, 1963, in Bradford, he is a son of Anne M. (Perrott) Knight of Bradford and the late Carl A. Knight, Sr. who died in 1976.
Earl attended and graduated from Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf and from Johnstown College with a degree in food preparation.
Earl had been employed at John Williams Bakery, and Bob’s Big Boy.
Surviving is one daughter, Bethany Jo (William) Harris, of Eldred, one son, Earl (Mia Neubert) Knight Jr., of Bradford, the children’s mother, Tencia Inez Meredith, seven grandchildren, two sisters, Pearl (Ken Burdick) Harris, of Friendship NY, and Marion (Dean) Huntoon, of Hazel Green, AL, two brothers, Carl A. Knight Jr., of Bradford, and Harry (Rebecca) Knight, of Phoenix AZ, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be invited to attend a Celebration of Life at a later date.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Earl’s daughter, Bethany and her brother wish to get him cremated as soon as possible and trying to raise the funds to make that possible.
