On Sunday, May 21, 2017, Patricia Ann (Funk) Morgan, age 59, of Altoona, PA. Beloved daughter of the late William and Francis (Walker) Funk and sister of the late George (G.W.) Funk; survived by loving companion, Lera Morgan; daughters, Linda and Jennifer Laskey; grandchildren, Micayla, Levante, Malakai, Deja and Lashay; also survived by sisters, Joy (Tony) Latorre, Lora (Ken) Jones, and Barbara (Bill) Rabenstein; many cousins, nieces and nephews; former husband, James Laskey and family; and many friends, including her faithful pets, Papi and Blackie. Patty was a graduate of Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. She bravely fought her cancer to the end, and will be missed by all. Friends received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the GRIFFITH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5636 Brownsville Road, (at 6th St.), South Park Twp. (412) 655-4600, where services will be held on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the family towards burial expenses.
