He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, George, Sr. and Anna (Podrasky) Petrick. Preceded in death by son, Jamey; two brothers; and two sisters. Survived by wife of 54 years, the former Violet McDermott; and daughter, Shelby Petrick. Grandchildren, Jeremy, Allison, Luke, Marisa, and Sarah. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Tom was a loving husband, father and grandfather. A special thanks to the staff of Amber Hills and AseraCare Hospice for their care and compassion for Tom.
